It is the responsibility of the shareholder recipient to follow the SEC 144 rules. Ed is not selling at these prices. The management team feels that we are at less than 10% of our real value. After the filing of the Form 10 with the audits it will provide a very good insight into the company's history and future. The AMG meeting is going to very exciting.
