You think national media would come because a plane was ferried to an air show under someone else's flag? Naw - national media appears when you have a story to tell... That requires PRs. Otherwise it is cart before horse. They have a story to tell for sure, but to outsiders the fact or meaning of phase 2 or 3 of a four phase process simply means there are1 or 2 phases to complete before you can really tell the story....
