No, MPIX was an example of another company that was higher low chart pattern that was getting bashed and shorted. They are not in the oil business but it was an example of a play I was in where the technicals guided me 100% to the promise land.
The other penny stock oil company with the higher low pattern, uptrending MACD, with cross overs on the MACD and moving averages was ECCE. They sold zero barrels of oil this year and their stock rallied ahead of the 10Q off the lows and continues to shoot up. They are obviously not getting the TECO treatment from the bears.
