Think your view is about right on the point, I see this getting to the $2-5 range (maybe even allot more). However, not everyone will like the process they use to get there. My view was that they taking the poison pill defense due to the market traction they are about to gain. Then they will reverse spilt moving up to.10-.75, open up to the market of true global investors where the real money comes in (allot of major investors would never touch stock in this range even if it has value), that way their position is still protected from hostle investors as xuii builds ground. Maybe some one who is better with numbers could break down that theory based on that idea. But that was along the lines of what I was really thinking is going down.

It's 2.2 billion o/s as of now per friday's filing. The preferred hasn't been converted-and the company said some of it isn't being converted ever
