In a nutshell what does this S-1 form really mean ? Hate to be the dumb one here.
I'm not sure why anyone would invest in a company after learning that shares will soon loose value as millions upon millions of shares are sold into market. We're talking dilution of the worst possible kind.

Establishment of the regulations allows TRTC to move forward with a commercial cannabis growing facility in the area. As a matter of fact, since TRTC formed a Nevada team headed by connected Rebecca Gasca, I would be surprised if they didn't have some influence in writing them.
It's basically set up to limit the market to a few large, well controlled facilities. So those like TRTC with ins are set up to succeed in what you got to think is going to be the largest medical marijuana market in the country, Las Vegas.

Not getting the dispensary in Clark county is no big deal... They are applying to the City of Las VEgas for a dispensary that is only 17 miles away frm their cultivation site....

I want TRTC to be profitable but they already have alot of debt and it will take millions more to get MJ operation going....coupled with running the produce company....I say again I am concerned with the S-1 stating our ownership is only 40 to 50%. now........ and that revenue will only be seen in 2016 ...

Future potential of a company is a lot more important than what they are currently doing. I have owned stocks where the earnings were great but the future potential earnings wer not rosy so stock went down.I am very surprised by your post that you dont know that.

Good post Maxxm. As a local here it definitely caught my eye that Rory Reid was leading the legal team to wade through the application proccesses here in the state of Nevada for TRTC.
It was a piece of the puzzle that convinced me to be a shareholder. It definitely lends itself to company credibility in my opinion.
Although he lost to a popular moderate republican governor, Rory Reid was the Democratic candidate for Governor here in 2010 and ran very respectfully. He is a heavy hitter.
It also does not hurt that his father Harry is the United States Senate majority leader. No family is more well connected in local, and state politics here in Nevada than the Reids. They have influence.
Rory Reid is also a regular on the local NBC news affiliate discussing and debating politics and local issues. He is very visible.
Lets see what happens in November on the dispensary permit. I know what outcome I am betting on.

Obviously an investor who bases his decisions on the profit potential of a company will achieve better results on the stock market because the businesses with the largest profit potential are logically those whose value will increase the fastest.

Good post Maxxm. As a local here it definitely caught my eye that Rory Reid was leading the legal team to wade through the application proccesses here in the state of Nevada for TRTC.
It was a piece of the puzzle that convinced me to be a shareholder. It definitely lends itself to company credibility in my opinion.
Although he lost to a popular moderate republican governor, Rory Reid was the Democratic candidate for Governor here in 2010 and ran very respectfully. He is a heavy hitter.
It also does not hurt that his father Harry is the United States Senate majority leader. No family is more well connected in local, and state politics here in Nevada than the Reids. They have influence.
Rory Reid is also a regular on the local NBC news affiliate discussing and debating politics and local issues. He is very visible.
Lets see what happens in November on the dispensary permit. I know what outcome I am betting on.
