- Transfer Agent acquisition (deferred closing due to priority of signing consulting agreements. Next item to be accomplished)
- Updates on the audit for the subsidiary (updated yesterday. Completion target end of November)
- Writeoff of salary (updated and completed yesterday. This is tied to the BCAP audit if you follow the timeline)
- update on the BCAP audit (updated yesterday. Estimated completion date: end of 2012)
- voting results on freeze in share structure (completed 10/18/2012. Vote went in favor of freeze).
- filing of amended articles and by-laws (completed 10/18/2012 after the vote was passed)
- update on BCAP S-1 (updated yeserday. Estimated filing date: end of 2012)

The news was deferred due to the Consulting Agreements signed yesterday, not because there wasn't news.
