This makes many people suspect with the most serious suspicion. It is beyond belief that this one time it was pumping this before the sec filing. Now back to shorting posts. Looks like insider info and worse.
The increase in authorized shares will become effective approximately 20 days after the accompanying Information Statement has been distributed to the stockholders of the Company.
The Increase of Authorized shares won't be in effect till August 26th or later.
This Information Statement is first being sent on or about August 6, 2014 to the Company’s stockholders.

But what your not seeing , is the fact that the o/s is still 3 billion for 17 more days. Being that half was the was trading on Friday , and what was collected during the week. The float is pretty much locked. That pr on Friday was the kick they needed to collect majority. What your not understanding, is first company's authorize more shares, then comes the merger and acquisitions, more updated news bah bah bah. The run still continues!!!! And will be dumped later down the road in pieces . Now! If you think they put out a world wide commerical, just to dump before the run can get started. Think again! There not trying to scare off volume before they can give shares away for mergers. They want to make share less people get rich. At this point they have to look good or everyone goes to jail!!! There not trying to do that with a legitimate product. All they did on Friday was cause panic at the perfect time.
I'd maybe try some claws rather than legs...
