Remember that in addition to any NDA Bob was holding an end of Oct PR until he had finalized major news to report-he said he didnt want to bore stockholders w usual boring trucking etc-which IS the ordinary course of business-but I dont think he realizes that trucking etc is considered yet by some to be ordinary course-as the usual supects keep the pot boiling on other boards.

But when I forwarded to Bob the demand of stockholoders for PR late Nov 16,he put out a PR the very next a.m. I believe it was-without even passing it through the usual proof readers and legal dept.

And what was the reaction of many-they attacked the PR because it didnt have any major news!!!!

-well stockholders kept demanding a PR at any cost even if no major news! So such schizo stockholder response to a demaded PR doesnt encourage the company to respond to any more demands for a PR at any cost- does it!!!

This happens because the silent majority allows the pot boilers to control most of these boards -which greatly confuses newbies and even longs-so I keep encouraging good guys to speak up(and continue doing so on other boards) to counteract that lopsided and hopefully non- represenative control of these boards. Even I- when I start reading a board on another company I havent read before have to figure out what is really going on because those who profit from a pps fall are always shouting doomsday lies which completely excoriate the libel laws.
