$BCAP led by Matt Dwyer is being built into a successful business that will be audited and soon will be trading on the OTCQB reporting in full to the SEC. Dwyer is legit, Period! He proved it. The bozos and mentally challenged bashers on ISCAM have lost all credibility. He crushed any credibility these morons had left recently with his solid financial filings and recent PR. What is next is a large group of us investors and traders will be riding this company into multiple pennies as Dwyer continues to deliver for his shareholders. From the PR and filings I see the following in store for investors of Baron Capital :
- OTCQB SEC reporting company by end of 2014
- 2 more IPO deals in 2014; 4 deals in 2014 and 6 deals in 2015
- a brokerage company acquired
- a fully charted bank acquired
- transfer agency to kick in with new officers and tons of existing customers via acquisition
- continued revenue and profit booked from TGGI and CYBK
- assets of RIGH obtained via bankruptcy court proceedings forthcoming or past due debt payments settled out of court.
- 1.2B share buy back and retirement of the float over time leaving the OS and Float at 1.2B total SS
- lawsuits against various individuals for libel and slander including Joe Elkind (Steve White alias), a homosexual ex male on male porn bodybuilder who lives in CA, a degenerate loser named Bert from Texas who worked and failed miserably as stock promoter, and a criminal organization named IHUB that protected these criminal loser posters and aided them with their criminal admin.
