To see your savings upside down to 0, it's a feeling be young imagination. I've lost on stocks and recovered, thanks to many in ihub or here. Real friends who have lend me a hand. Their is good in the world today, but its like finding a diamond. I've know. Se of you personally over the years. EWSI fckd me hard, many of us are down 80%, I was a fool on many of the runs, and held in fear that if I sold I would loose the opportunity, that not only turn out to be fairy dust. I've done done much DD and supported EWSI through thick and thin. EWSI became part of me, obsess everything trung to put things together and provide support and confident, I only help to deceive unwillingly, many held cause my post.
Calculating my blindness and sitting down with accountants who do my tax's, many things came to question, which I overlooked and became blind too. I get EWSI updates, just saw my name on my mailbox going virol, wish it was for a good cause, but is not. Our leader has been in the game long enough to cube called a expert of how revenues and filings work by now. I've been fortunate to run small corporations and understand how the profit sheets work. How start ups take calculated necessary debt, in order to market the brand and eventually become profitable.
My biggest questions which lingered in my mind was Tanke, which I've been investigating since last year. Tanke was also involved with a company here in Fort Lauderdale which unvisited the location, and it was not there, nor registered with the state of Fl nor broward county occupational license debt. Tanke became associate dl with EWSI. Lots of peoples alerts went off, because the insecurity investors had over Tanke. Tanke went on a promo campaigne which launched the stock to a staggering .50 to now in the .01's. Many made a killing ad left big time bag holders wiped of. I became under the assumption Tanke was just a front company. Evotech capital associates are involved with Tanke heavily and so are EWSI associates. Meaning their in bed together, Tanke being a Chinese front company, and EWSI being a US Europe China operating company. My assumptions were that Tanke money would eventually come to EWSI, so I help through the madness. But then, EWSI felt into the battle of the Malone audits and Chinese revenues, which EWSI was pumped on in 2013. EWSI had been diluted to nothing from .05's to .0025, Somethins is going on, and it's not good. Many been in communication with The CEO, and tried to get a confirmation that an R/S won't occur, but the actual words needed have not been delivered, I don't trust this stock any longer. If I was Martin, and not an investor. I would not be at ease that my company is paying tremendous millions of dollars in professional fees every quarter. Some of you know the recycling business, and this is a huge Flag. Who is receiving this money, for what, and why, how is it counter productive to the company if were trying to make ends meet. This is a main factor which must be questioned and the truth should set the company free. Lawyers don't make that much in fees, I know plenty, accountants neither, I know plenty. So who are pay pain millions of dollars to?? No one has yet post it facts in that, and have avoided the question. If your an investor, you want answer NOW. But the board sure coats it, this is where I believe insiders come into play, one thing is to bash, another is to have questions on how the shareholders money is being out to work. Another is some Evotech associates who come into question, and have a history of opening Chinese company which have not gone any where. Pumped as dumped. Now, EWSI does have operations and I know people have have done business with them, and they also want answered which are not being touched THERALY not some Bs PR covering it up, names, locations, and for what??? Now this loan revision really topped it, more toxic under toxic, were being run to the ground. I would only hope I'm wrong, for my sake and yours. Tired of hearing about the dead cat bounce, how long has that car been thing to recover, keep beating the dead horse is what I say.
On a good note "sarcasm", if I was ambitious cold hearted CEO, the R/S would make perfect sence, take all the dilution money I can, them murder the stock and share holders to the point I can't suck any more blood, and then poof, hit the r/s and restart again, on a higher tier and them uplist.
