Got It !! Perchy and Steve, thanks for having a great conversation and showing folks how to work through a tough day.  Same to the others who took the high road today,  I found Tribune Company on Wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tribune_Company

IMO, this is why we have not heard from Steve. (1) He has been working on this item, and (2) There are probably regulatory rules that govern how much he can tell us,and when.  He's been silent on Facebook and Twitter also and the photos were not changed until recently.  The problem is we may have become "spoiled rotten" because we were used to hearing from him a lot.  I have a nice chuck of shares and smiled at this action all day.  Steve has said before "I feel like the kid who knows what everyone else is getting for Christmas."  HHHMMM

I've noted before thsat one of my college papers was on the launch of ESPN and USA Today.  This ICPA action sounds might familiar to that thinking.  Steve is ahead of even us folks, and I am locked down to stay put.  Steve Jobs was fired and went alone because his thinking was different. Can we say iPhone, iPad, iEtc? Bill Gates was another one who marched to a different drummer ----right to the bank.  IMO, we've got the next one here.  The preferred and common, and other stuff is IMO to reward those who stay the course.  And just like football, I am staying on side and not getting in motion until this quarterback moves.  Hey Steve, nice audible!!!
