lol, if they do a RS before Labor Day then the pps is automatically above .15 cents. If you are serious then you would not be whining about this.
Let me know before either the open on Monday or before Gerald's blog whichever comes first. We can send the money to an agreed upon third party to hold until either it closes above .15 or Labor Day.
The share price would have to go up almost 37% from Friday's close for me to even have a chance of winning.
You'd practically be stealing my money.
p.s. None of this crap about a split adjusted basis. Either take the bet as proposed or STFU.
I will think about it. It sounds like a good deal to me. Labor day is Sept 1st. It is Aug 9th. The pps is 11 cents and about to go down. It would have to be on a split adjusted basis, although, I do not think they can do a RS before that meeting.

Even so, I have no problem. So many people here diffuse info with no facts just to substantiate sell off. Any opportunity to get cheaper share price from management is welcome by me, not from naysayers or people with veiled agenda.. Please adivse..In GC and AMBS team I trust

yeah but they are not going to sell them, according to the financials they had $875 in the bank at the end of last year and according to a poster here that claims AMBS has never been promoted it will have A 500 MILLION DOLLAR A YEAR OPPORTUNITY at the end of this year. so there ya go, proof that they are not going to need the extra billion. maybe I should do some research into how many time the A/S has been raised in the last few years. hummm

Do I have that right, they are increasing the authorized shares to TWO billion? wow, NOT being listed has its REALLY BIG advantages, you get to print money and not tell anyone when you do it until the end of the quarter.
I firmly believe that AMBS will never need to sell those shares, UNLESS OF COURSE, they want to keep going as a company. oh.
Someone noted that they would have to increase the float if they were going to get the LPC money, because of the tanked pps. I guess that was a correct assertion.
The finance part is not my forte, but I can read, doubling the float when it was just diluted down to undrinkable iced tea, is well, less drinkable.
AMBS the cult stock. How much of the company is owned by institutions? Interesting study in human behavior.
