IMO No lack of performance, just growing pains. Natural for this to happen with anything that's is rapidly growing. IMO MYEC is like a teenager going through osgood schlatters
Please explain lack of performance?
It only been 3 1/2 qtrs what exactly did you expect?
The new hires were last Qtr. Did you expect Nate to sign clients up the 1st day on the job.
Ed has done an exceptional job getting us to this point and this going to take a few more Qtr's to really get a foothold in this sector.
Yes the pain is now as Ed n company is getting the company ready to be fully reporting and on track to grow revenues.
Buy, sell, hold or flip. It all based on your tolerance in investing.
Painfully earned experience.

I know a new start-up business is not easy at all, lack of performance in the past few months may be understandable, but most
disappointing me is the indirect dilution which likely will be carried on until at least next Feb. At this moment, I only hope the coming financial report will show that MYEC really is building up revenue streams to stop further dilutions.
To me, bashers and pumpers exist in every board, at the end everyone
responsible for their own investment decisions. But I think bashers are better than pumpers, because a basher may make you miss a chance
to profit, but a pumper can make people lost their hard earned
money. So I beware pumpers more than bashers.

If MMs have the power to keep it down BEFORE the fins report, shouldn't they also have the power to keep it down until it becomes fully reporting with the SEC? Isn't that like the last time MMs can viscously manipulate an otc pink sheet stock?
Seems many here think the 'silent' gap between the VX Gateway and Simplifile PRs means that no other business was signed in between. I'm expecting Q2 to be better than most think. Funny how the sentiment around the quarterly reports has shifted to ultra conservative...almost polar opposite to the Q1 hype. Exponential revenues...

wait a yr or two and tell me how bad the share structure is. learn some patience, it's ok to vent once in awhile, but u still have to have patience or move on. if u feel that terrible about the company why waist your time look into something that u feel a little better about or have u looked and came to the same conclusion we all have this is it.
3rd and 4th quarter I believe will show great gains.... perhaps the second too!

I think some will be happy about the income reported. Others Not.
Expenses will be up yes, but Ed has held off of giving out details of new sign-ups or how much revenue they may be generating. .
No one knows how much is going on behind the scenes. Or just how much revenue is involved.
Will we have to eat the anticipated revenue of MJ-Pay license?, yes... but we own the co. now and the app WILL come out and we will reap 100% of future profits.

I am in the same boat as you are with well over 1M. I do disagree with the sub penny though. Agree with you that people will turn on Mr. Starrs as they always do. Cracks me up how quickly the mood changes. One day its "Ed is a genius" and the next day "He is a liar not doing his job". Same people saying both. People just need to look at all he has done to build his business over the last few months. May not be reflected in the SP but I don't think he is worried about that. He has long term in mind and not worried about the cryers and moaners. Rome was not built in a day.
