Is this a tell, read this,

read it again and I will explain,

With the initiation of sales of the Company's cannabis dispensing product, we felt it imperative to find a name that marketed the Company's concept while providing an avenue for future brand recognition,
The launch of the Bud Bank website and initiation of sales is a monumental day for the Company and shareholders."
The Company's two websites will be live the week of August 11, 2014. Sales of the Company's new cannabis dispensing product will be initiated upon launch of its website.

Now , is this a tell,

With the initiation of the Sales of the Company's "new cannabis dispensing product"

Not cannabis'

the cannabis dispensing product,

( unit/units )

not pot, not product's.

And if you were right companies like these would have been in trouble already:

Pretty soon you can give yourself a name change
Here is a clue.

The name is Budweiser not Bud.

The brewers last agreed on a global settlement in 1939 in a pact that gave Anheuser-Busch sole rights to the name Budweiser in all American territories north of Panama. But the peace did not last long as the two companies expanded exports to new markets.

When the companies do not have exclusive rights to the Budweiser brand in a country, they resort to using slightly altered names. AB Inbev sells its Budweiser as Bud in many European countries. Budvar sells its lager as Czechvar in the U.S.

So, what does everyone think about the claim that, regardless of the structure of the company (merger or licensing), the MJ vending machines will be seen next week and sales of those machines will begin? I think its pretty groovy...

Your correct in the assumption that mj carries risk and it could come from the city, state or federal levels. Like you said creating a separate subsidiary to shield the core business is smart and probably was recommended by there lawyers. Anyway, I believe we are in stored for some big surprises and pps will move north to new highs accordingly.
She'll be buzzin for a while$$$$$$$$
$UNGS is buzzin this weekend
It's why I am still here Happy.

Everyone put on your imagination cap for just a moment and imagine a modestly profitable company on the OTC, with high end vending machines, and a professional appearance in everyway on their website. Maybe even a new CEO that isn't regarded as a thieving weasel. (not that Wayne is, but he has survived OTC too long to be "clean"

A stock like that just might not be "Pink" for too long. Even if I do sell shares this year, I will be leaving a position behind until my dream is proven unlikely. If Sylios starts acting like the "famous" OTC MJ companies, I'll be outta here.
I concur.
I agree with you - I too think the asset sale is stalling things, but hopefully we'll see a filing in the next couple of days. Signify has the upper hand in this deal and like you said, they don't need to rush into anything that is not fully clean and proper. IF Signify does become major shareholder of UNGS, I really think we've got a Whale on our hands ! JMO
I SPECULATE .03 EOM---and i think that's just the start, and we cant forget we are about to get into the hot season for the OTC---this is set up perfectly IMO
Good posts today Happy. I agree that either way could work. The intial reaction to "deal off" wouldn't be well taken, but Sylios actually selling product in quality machines, in some quantity, would sell shares after a brief period.

I'm convinced assets sales are the problem, and Signifi isn't selling out for shares of an OTC that isn't clean yet IMO. Why would they? At the same time, I don't see Signifi pulling things down from their website either. I still think they very much desire a merger. It appears that Sylios has decided not to stand still on MJ while things clear up. I hope they proceed down that path. It certainly beats just being an old oil company having a garage sale IMO.
I agree- great comment. These guys are smart and experienced and are here to WIN as a company, not as a stock scam - that's my belief anyways.
I think putting the MJ assets/operations in a separate entity is smart....may have even been a condition for proposed merger. Keeps the other assets of the company separate and safe from the MJ business, which I assume carries a lot of risk. Go UNGS.
