What is the $11,209,993 for Additional Paid in Capital?
And what does this sentence mean? Are you getting another 350 million shares on top of your 50,000 a year in stock you started getting last year?
The agreement provided (1) the issuance of 350 million shares of its common stock; (2) compensation to be 15% of revenues; (3) included a provision to authorize the issuance of shares to maintain majority of control; and (4) termination of agreement on November 18, 2025.
Also why is Collins getting paid 200,000 a year and your only paid 50,000? And what does the quarter mean when it reads "upon completion of capital raise of $3,000,000 and the immediate issuance of 150,000,000 common shares."?
Is the Capital raise of the 3,000,000 coming from shares? And does this mean that Collins is getting another 150,000,000 common shares?
