Just a few thoughts from the side of the pool on a

I think the general consensus here is that we've completed all of the Phase 2 activities. Even the maintenance is arguably done for Phase 3. That's huge news for those of us in the know. Hopefully the airshow brings more buyers into the fold, but I digress - this is why we haven't heard any news regarding the completion of Phase 2:
Nothing is set in stone until it's in writing (and when dealing with the Federal government, even that is only as clear as mud). While WE know that we've completed the Phase 2 activities, it's not a reportable event until the FAA issues the letter admitting Baltia into Phase 3. We talked on here about how great it would be to be "in" Phase 3 for the airshow, and technically I believe we are, but realistically all of the training was completed too close to the date of the airshow. At this point it is my estimation that Baltia is waiting for the official correspondence on FAA letterhead stating that we are in Phase 3. Nothing happens instantaneously with the government, so it could be a couple days. Certainly Baltia will PR it when they receive it, and shortly thereafter we'll be able to view it on regulations.gov.
It will be good news, and I have my fingers crossed that HQ actually makes it a big juicy PR that really spells out how close we are to being done.
The real catalyst will be certification - that will be a truly newsworthy event. The kind of news that gets a little coverage on CNN, CNBC, and even Fox (lest we offend BLTAshareholder with the big rooster on Fox). Even if it's only a 15 second spot about "a brand new airline selling tickets," a brand new airline out there is something that is actually worthy of a mention.
I believe that the big "pop" will be right about then - right when we are certified - after that I believe it will retrace back to a value that actually reflects what the company is doing. If HQ plays their cards right, they can build a lot of excitement around this...
