yup.. yup.. that's my read on it too!.. I'm holding my shares and might even add to it come Monday following all the continued weak hands and shorts get thru.. the moves this guy made wouldn't add up to a complete annihilation of the company? just doesn't. hire a mandelbaum, go on national tv, sit next to IBM.. start to sell some tablets.. no.. I don't think the idea was to make one large fake rodeo and then blow it up. there's something coming. mark my words. I think whats coming will be bigger than people actually expect! in fact one of the posters finance guy put a link to a newsletter outling google may be interested in XUII? so.. a poison pill makes a lot of sense to me.. Hate to break the bad news to you but hostile takeover? Who in their right mind would want a pos like this, I mean come on now. He increased it because he ran out of shares for convertible notes coming due. It's simple math. Now I'm not just bashing this over blown pig, I actually own shares here and am not happy with dandy Andy for the nice surprise but facts are facts and I hope to at least break even on this turd and never look back. Whats so funny mr wizard is that one of the well known cannabis stocks went from pennies to $65.00 and even afer going down some it stayed up in the $50-55 range for some time. So.. by your theory anyone who buys into what appears to be a good company with possible good prospects is an idiot? .. Tell that to the idiots who truly made a shit load of bucks on a worthless MJ stock in the first place!..any how.. its peoples money and they can do what they want to with it anyway. Peace. Stok

The CEO is a greedy prick and XUII will put many in the poor house but those that understand the game will and have profited nicely$$$$

Why use the term Dilution? over and over many persons on these boards use that term! Unless shares are ISSUED there is NO Dilution period!.. up until the time that those shares are issued either to individuals (employees, investors, management, even vendors) or used to 'buy a company' or other targets then the O/S outstanding shares remains unchanged at that point. Again, just because people buy then sell short the shares they just bought or just sell short shares that don't even own (naked shorts) there again is still only the currently available Outstanding shares from which to buy (go long) or sell (go short). If 3 billion shares are outstanding and 2 billion are being held i.e. long. then only 1 billion shares would be actively in the markets at any one time with some being bought to go long, others to be sold selling or shorting. Read up on public float as well for further clarification. My only aim is to be helpful to all, harmful to none. please take no offense whatever. Peace. Stok
In this instance the massive increase in A/S prior to the EXPO seems to me to be a precautionary move against hostile takeover OR bargaining chips for JV/Partnerships with big boys. Just seems odd timing to put out this PR with 20 days till fruition at this juncture, just prior to a major expo with the likes of IBM.

The funniest thing is.. those people buying shares have no business doing so?.. This is a prime example. Unless you know something about finance, markets and stock, probably would serve you best in a bank account. Or, if you simply must get the thrill of winners/losers.. may I suggest a good horse race or a casino?
