It wasn't hard to find. Took me about 60 seconds. I'll give you a hint: GOOGLE.
Based on what I could find about Sierra, there aren't very many people who like them, or respect them. In fact, most of the posts I see slam them for doing more damage, than good, to a company. They make wild posts, then nothing happens, and shareholders sell and move on. The typical scenario.
