MYEC Discussion 08/09/2014 20:18:44 $MYEC
wait a yr or two and tell me how bad the share structure is. learn some patience, it's ok to vent once in awhile, but u still have to have patience or move on. if u feel that terrible about the company why waist your time look into something that u feel a little better about or have u looked and came to the same conclusion we all have this is it.
3rd and 4th quarter I believe will show great gains.... perhaps the second too!
Long for at least four years as well!! Myec.
$$$$$!!!!
I will be happy one week from today...because I will still own shares of MYEC.
I think some will be happy about the income reported. Others Not.
Expenses will be up yes, but Ed has held off of giving out details of new sign-ups or how much revenue they may be generating. .
No one knows how much is going on behind the scenes. Or just how much revenue is involved.
Will we have to eat the anticipated revenue of MJ-Pay license?, yes... but we own the co. now and the app WILL come out and we will reap 100% of future profits.
Either you believe in ED or you don't. That is the nature of INVESTING. I Do. GO MYEC!!! LONG for at least four years.

Yeah. I feel like it's going to reflect Q1's numbers with some adjustment to the treasury.
Nice find and solid read on partner/client, Riverdog. Even the Secretary of State was involved with that new Simplifile county kick-off. Solid.
I think the biggest thing to get answered is the share structure. Positive or negative I just want it put to bed and move on.
EXACTLY! Those are my expectations as well.
I'm not sure what people could be disappointed in next week.

I expect share structure to be similar to Q1's report, revenue to be about the same and more expenses.

No biggie.
I am in the same boat as you are with well over 1M. I do disagree with the sub penny though. Agree with you that people will turn on Mr. Starrs as they always do. Cracks me up how quickly the mood changes. One day its "Ed is a genius" and the next day "He is a liar not doing his job". Same people saying both. People just need to look at all he has done to build his business over the last few months. May not be reflected in the SP but I don't think he is worried about that. He has long term in mind and not worried about the cryers and moaners. Rome was not built in a day.
I really want to believe that we will all be so happy one week from today. The problem is I don't . So many people have twisted and put their own spin on Ed's words and they believe that the pps will skyrocket to a dime in a few days. I hope it does but I don't believe that it will.

So many people will be upset and call Ed a liar because nothing really changed except a statement coming out saying the audited financials have been completed and turned in to the SEC and paperwork has been completed for up listing .

I think the pps might go sub penny for a few days and after that it will start to climb back up. I think after the October Tahoe meeting the news generated will start our rebound to a 52 week high.

My purpose in saying this is for everyone to not get caught in the hype. It could happen, I hope it will. Chances are it won't, so starting putting together all your loose cash and buy , buy, buy. I bought most of my shares in the .03-.04 range and I will go crazy if it drops that low.

Maybe Ed will buy and retire shares, who knows. All I can say is be ready for anything. Don't get weak hands and sell. Buy , buy, buy.

I believe in the company, Ed has had vision and action in leading his company . Many good things are on the way. Don't miss out on your last chance.

Good luck to all.
Ohh Boy... Ill go with what the company man said... we are conservatively 10% of what we should be... so conservatively we should be 17.5 cent... a nonconservative estimate I would guess to be around a quarter.
I don't understand how you changed the share structure from Q1? Ed said that is the SS.
week from today....after hours.....update....click

Are you annualizing the earnings? Because $1M in earnings is only 1 of 4 quarters. You have to at least times that by 4 to annualize.
I do not have a lot of knowledge on stock valuation but I appreciate the time you put into this calculation. I also like the fact that you seem to have taken a somewhat conservative approach as far as I can tell.
Sticky'd for more responses. Thanks for compiling the #'s. We are & have been trading at the low end of the spectrum for sure. We should be trading much higher based on revenue alone then factor in upcoming anticipation of events, I'm content paying to accumulate at .04-.05 per share in the mean time until the next catalyst drops.

What type of background do you have in doing stock price valuation? Cause you have a very interesting method of doing so
Eyes here but not anytime soon. Need high vol. I need and uptrend indicator. Is this bottom? I doubt it but it may be
