They are not required to file, and that may explain the absence of 8K's. Had they been required to file an 8K, they surely would have had to disclose the transfer of a 100,000 oz. gold mine. But as it is, one day they say they have it, the next day it's gone. I wonder if they got any money for it. Haven't heard about that.

Wait a minute ORCA.
I am not a whale and the PPS would not be affected by me leaving this stock. I have been in NWGC for years not a few months. When the last Q results were released the PPS was around .0016, not .018. NWGC has not been that high while I have been an investor. Since then the stock has been up ten times that amount and has not fallen to below five times that amount once.
Any stock that increase five times between Q's is ok by me. Especially if it goes up ten times in between. You are a whale and I hope you do not bail on us. I just ask that you do not use false information to make that decision, like that the PPS is down since the last Qs.
Some people sell short, others flip, but many on this board are investors.
The short sellers are rejoicing at the 40% drop, so are the flippers and investors are accumulating more shares.
As long as it goes back up before a long needs to convert their shares to cash we are all happy.
I am not losing any sleep over this yet just wishing for more settled cash before the price goes back up.
Pps will most likely be in the 0030 range come wed so you'll get plenty of "cheapies"

Lion, writing on the wall here...cut your losses and move on IMO. Nwgc mojo has turned and slim chance returning any time soon. Nwgc feeding frenzy producing constant negative and potentially damaging DD daily...and spider web expands engulfing more suspect characters. Also, bob stated in CC that he has not read a message board in ten years...he's oblivious to board postings...and IMO his ego is simply, "Frankly, I don't give a da*n!"...he has sweetheart setup with his ATM machine share conversion network that provides handsome rewards....
I will be dumping my $NWGC Monday morning. I'm taking my loss and moving on. Sadly, this is going nowhere even with the massive hype campaign that took place. It was a great run when Bux and Silky alerted it, but it is now dead in the water.
