Yeah that last PR was encouraging but I mean the one here or at BAYP that says "UNGS/BAYP is pleased to announce the closing of the sale/purchase of the oil assets" and then provides some details about the terms of the deal.
Followed by the one that says "UNGS is pleased to announce the closing of its deal to purchase Signifi..."
Followed by the one that says "UNGS is pleased to announce the launch of its two new websites..."
Followed by me getting really, really, REALLY drunk on a bottle of Louis XIII cognac while I light a Cohiba with a $100 bill just because I can... Hehe.

Sierra equity predicting purchase orders....hope they are right.
Also News @ otcbb.com about becoming fully reporting again.

After some research I am not sure 8k's are required for SEC non-reporting companies that aren't current or trying to be (yet). So it is the usual PR we are waiting for.

First off great pic! In my humble opinion no run b/c most were looking for completion of Signifi merger not budbank. Unfortunately we have yet another piece of the larger puzzle to configure. I believe this will be announced next week..#UNGS!
I understand. Hopefully, sanity will return once we know more of what we REALLY have here. I, for one, believe Signify is professional and trustworthy and that THEY are calling the shots, not Wane, which I think they are. If this deal closes this week or we get signs it's going to close anyday, then I think we're GOLDEN here and lucky we never got spooked out of our shares. I still will feel much more relaxed when I see that 8k for the asset sale. I think some sold on Friday when we never saw one.
