I agree- great comment. These guys are smart and experienced and are here to WIN as a company, not as a stock scam - that's my belief anyways.
I think putting the MJ assets/operations in a separate entity is smart....may have even been a condition for proposed merger. Keeps the other assets of the company separate and safe from the MJ business, which I assume carries a lot of risk. Go UNGS.
Either way will be a HUGE Win for UNGS !
Possible, but it sounds like they are already in possession of the dispensary products and are ready to ship. So either the deal has closed and they are just creating a separate subsidiary for the mj sector or Signifi is leasing or sold the machines to Sylois. I guess we will find out soon enough.
I do think they want to acquire Signify, BUT Signify may want certain things completed before they are willing to be acquired as majority shareholder, hence a short-term licensing agreement til those things are accomplished . That would be OK with me. - again, JMHO
I was thinking that or they could have just outright acquired Signifi for shares or something... who knows?
IF they don't close the deal with Signify til later because of non-closure of asset sale or waiting for an audit completion, I could see an Exclusive Licensing deal for the US market with Signify. Just looking at other possibilities IF there's been some kind of delay on the Signify deal - jmho
