XUII - The Company increased the A/S to 10 Billion. None of Us Saw it coming. It happens. Oh Well onto the next turd.
I do agree with you, sir. Few people here seem to lack a common sense understanding, either naïve or just straight out deliberate and thereby spill the beans of misleading fallacies to those that are new or procrastinate in digging their own truth. I don't know where in the world they call themselves investors when they can't seem to understand simple arithmetic, and worse still, comprehend what this means and what the rules are. Anyway, its the free world where ppl make or lose money. Good luck.
Chuck there is a difference between AUTHORIZED and ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES. He can have 10 billion AUTHORIZED but if those are never issued then it's the same $hit as the authorized never being increased. Many people got spooked yesterday and along with bashers and stop losses triggered and greedy MMs you got what happened. CEO Still holds his shares. It would be bad if the company has no revenue coming in and he starts to ISSUE the new shares. I tell you though there are many companies even MJ companies with much higher share count with no products with CEO holding zero shares trading multiple pennies . Do what is best for you.

Oh I almost forgot about your other comment of I'm only 1% of 99% who is not afraid. Well for starters what is the total amount based on. Because for me to be 1% you would have to have a total amount of people right? Sounds like once again the wolf is stating facts without concrete evidence. If your read the filing it states the outstanding will not change, secondly they are doing this for many reasons one being a possible acquisition. But you knew that already right Wolf.
First sir you should learn to read before you pay for an $8 bottle of wine at red lobster. Quit misleading people here claiming that it's an additional 10 billion. If you learned how to read as a kid then you could clearly do elementary mathematics and know that the AS was 3 billion prior to the raise to the anticipated 10 billion which would mean it's only an additional 7 billion which is still weeks away.
Anyways GLTY scaring people out of their XUII shares as life is beautiful and what goes around comes around and God loves to step on the throat of snakes.
P.S. careful drinking wine and laughing next time you just might choke. That would be terrible.

My personal own collection of wine. I was allowed by the manager, who so happens to be good friend of mine to allow me to share my wine with other friends of ours. Thank you for your deep concern with prices.

Aren't I scared? I've grown up in areas that you wouldn't dare step foot in, so a stock adding 10 billion shares if true wolf, does not scare me. I only fear God.
Secondly, what Red Lobster serves $800 wine? The Cabernet Sauvignon Wolf Blass Yellow Label one of Red lobster most expensive bottles is only $40 a bottle. Great attempt to sound like a highroller. Good try wolf
I am in the Red Lobsters restaurant and just read what you wrote. This made me laugh so hard that the waitress asked for me to keep it down because of the complaint. 10 BILLION EXTRA SHARES...this does not scare you at all? I mean there could be possibility that MAYBE it is a protection from TAKE OVER (BUY OUT) but one may only speculate so much. NOBODY really knows what the heck and why 10 extra BILLION of shares. But history shows that other stocks have been hit with similar pattern and look where they are now. So mr cool guy now you can pay for my $800 wine that i spilled over the whole table because you made me laugh so hard. I will take the check. Thanks!

Board is Contaminated with bashers. Check their recent post and you will normally see is "Pos", bashing, and confusion post. They post to plant a seed in your head to sell. Secondly, why would anyone ever listen to a human being that can't show their face. Hiding behind an avatar reminds me of the Little Red Riding Hood. A wolf ready to steal what you have, but in order to do that he must be in disguise. But continue to listen to these punks, and you will continue to take losses and miss out on great opportunities. If Xuii hits over a penny don't act like we didn't tell you about it before it happened.
Adam's track record in his filings has him using shares for acquisitions which become locked up for a period of time. Let's not forget this is cutting edge technology in a fast growing industry. I see acquisitions tacking place after the trade show. Go Xumanii!
I understand. I see the move as a step in a direction to build a giant company. The CEO has been taking very intelligent steps to expose his company to as much opportunity as possible IMO. The logic behind his decision isn't clear right now, and should show it's self in the future. The fear is based on fear and nothing more. XUII
