you know t.. sad but true.. so many have been burned so many times here that its obvious that people are totally cynical and skeptical over anything any of these reverse shell hucksters say or do.... not really good for the America we all know and love eh? capitalism is founded upon the great entrepeneurs and those who risk it all, well guess these clowns in these markets risk it all too... all of everybody elses money!.. The nail in the coffin. The approval of a resolution to amend the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect an increase in our authorized shares to 10,000,000,000I'm out. No buy in for me. Time to move to the next one.. GL

This tells me XUII has NO MONEY. INSIDER DUMPED ALOT OF SHARES IS WHAT I SEEN. "CLUSTER FK"
On October 3, 2013 LS Technology acquired 111,600,227 shares of common stock from Alex Frigon. On May 13, 2014 Xumanii acquired Amonshare from Intersino Global Ventures Ltd (IGV) for a price of $1.5M based on $50/registered user. This was paid in stock, based on a per share price of $.02, for a total of 70,000,000 shares
one last of my two cents and I'm out.....
if you can fathom google can walk into radly's office with two guys each with a briefcase full of cash in hundred million dollar increments without even breaking the slightest sweat! If somebody like that wanted to pay say 150million or more that would be about a nickel a share.. if they were going to pay more the price would just go up.... my take on it is at 500 million, the stock is at what about 15 Cents?.. so.. me i'll take my chances and like we do at the roulette wheels or the Crap tables.. U got out just in time ...I sold at 0019...bought back 0011... will probably get some trips in the Monday am panic selloff....

The only sense I can make of it is that timing of news intentional so company could dump a chit load of shares without being detected otherwise.... 500or so .mil traded in the last 40 mins wasnt all retail imo

Over 2 billion shares in 6 months dumped from dilutive market makers. Yes, 2 BILLION. If you think that more isn't coming keep buying (please buy mine too) I'll sell them cheap.

Hopefully a bit of a spike from it being crushed yesterday so I can gtfo. The expo has nothing to do with it bro. Take a look at the #'s of shares diluted from VFIN, VNDM, and the rest of the dilutive MM's. This was just a sad case of miss management of money. Andy is a waste of skin.

I may be a true Pollyanna on this one.. but.. it just doesn't add up? period. somethings a brewing and again.. i'll repeat that just because they AUTHORIZE shares, it doesn't mean they are going to issue them today, tomorrow or even ten years from now! so.. we'll see.. I took a small loss this really should of broke old highs but the CEO man.....
