Once again the financial reporting whether audited or not is up to the auditor whether or not they release their opinion. So in other words the audit that you are looking for I assume, which is the publicly released opinion, is out of the control of the company. The financials are already audited. What you are looking for is the opinion. What it really means is that you are wasting your time.

As I posted in the past I found out about NTEK around a year ago because I purchased a 4K set and someone mentioned that they bought and was waiting for their NP-1 on an AV board. Of course they waited and waited and was lied to over and over again by NTEK and he was pissed. So I looked into it and was amazed of the story of the felon CEO and Ice Sculpturer brother and numerous family members getting millions of shares and I told him last year that it was a scam. I happened to find this board by accident and frankly it has become addicting. I wish the audited reports would come out for I am a man of my word and I would leave. They won't though, ever.

Ok, so now that we can agree on that, I don't consider stating facts like:

I could just make currently unverifiable claims about the company's success and then insinuate lies about their future progress, but that's not exactly my style.
Honestly I wish everyone well with this stock but frankly I do not see it. I think it is a scam with an admitted felon at the helm and being a form 15 penny only reinforces my belief. I own no shares and have never purchased a penny stock. That being said it doesn't matter what I think if CNET comes out and says its the next best thing since the wheel and out of the blue they actually get real content then more power to you all and this will truly soar but I think it is a pipe dream and don't believe it will happen. GLTU

Seems to me you're ignoring the fact that it appears that the NP-1 is going to be sold by STAPLES, which is different (although no less important) than Amazon in that it has over 2,000 stores worldwide in addition to it's online sales. So to be clear, you are deflecting to audited fins, "real reviews" and the pps in your reaction to the Staples news? I have no reason to think your criteria (or criticism) won't be satisfied by NTEK since the mythical NP-1 unicorn nonsense turned out to be false. The dividend will never happen proved to be false. The NP-1 will never-actually-show-up-on-Amazon claims- are now false. The NP-1 doesn't show up on the Google certification list claim - false. All I see is a track record of NTEK delivering on their claims and the claims by "You all" naysayers turning out to all be - FALSE.

Audited fins are very important, which is why an auditing firm has been retained and busy preparing the audit. I even have a recent email of an NTEK employee mentioning the auditing firm was there working on the audit as they were writing their response email to me. NTEK has clearly stated, audited fins by the end of 2014. Try not to spread misinformation. I know you wouldn't ever do that intentionally.

Sounds like what David Foley tweeted last year about Christmas and we all know what happened. You all were saying when it cam out on Amazon this stock would hit the roof well after a month the stock is actually down. What makes you think that it will go up now? Still waiting for a real review that will never happen. We know that audited financials are not supposed to come out until 2015 now so NTEK can say they sold 200,000 units and made $50 million and people here will believe it because anything coming from NTEK is true.
Next there going to say that Staples is a scam too... Sheesh. You can never please everyone. NTEK= $$$ and I have been hearing all the bashing for over 18 months now. NTEK has done everything they said they would. Sure, it has taken some time in some instances but they have ultimately done as they said they would. NTEK has my portfolio looking real nice!!

It has already been out for a month and the stock is down. There has been zero marketing and no one has ever heard of the NP-1. People going to Staple already have in mind what they are going to buy they don't walk around randomly looking for things. What more Amazon is selling a number of other 4K players at half the cost of the NP-1. Still waiting to see a real review of the NP-1 from CNET but we all know that's not going to happen because it would be canned so NTEK would never send them one.

Great find! I would have never thought Staples. Who knows how many other stores we aren't even thinking of that just may carry the NP-1 and NP-C. Loving the strides made by NTEK.

It's a joke. A form 15 penny stock that doesn't have to report financials. Promised audited reports that have been going on for years are nowhere near. It was reported here that they hired an accounting firm to do their audit and they were working on it now we learn that they won't start until the end of the year so sometime next year at the earliest. But we all know that they will never come. Just like their partner HHSE another penny stock scam with numerous shells and still selling for 1 cent after many years in business. They do have their yearly SHM and they too have been promising audited financials for years but never happens. The Np-1 was supposed to bring this stock up several hundred percent but after a month now it did nothing and in fact the stock is down. People here report millions in profits and thousands of sales but since this is a non-reporting stock there's no way to prove it but whatever NTEK says it's gospel to many here. There are quite a few players out there with the same capability of the np-1 and many more on the way. Ironically they're much cheaper as well. People here want to believe a pipe dream that this will be the next Netflix. Too bad the original CEO and current leader is an admitted felon but that's all right his brother is CEO now after they bought his Ice Sculpting business but that doesn't faze anyone here. It all seems on the up and up to them for a penny stock. So laughable. Just go back in time pick any number of months back you want 2, 5, 8, 13, you will see the same posts how wonderful this stock is and how soon they will be the world leader in 4K technology. Never happened and never will happen. The only money they make is by selling shares and with that in mind there are tens of millions of shares coming off of restriction shortly so they will pump as much as they can so they can sell them. Already twice this week there has been paid PRs from scam companies promoting NTEK. Be careful and watch from the side and see this ultimately crash and burn.
Looks like ntek is beginning to spread to different stores, just as expected and opposite to what some might say on this board. Next stop best buy and Wal-Mart! Just a matter of time, and nobody wants to be in chasing after that announcement.

It has already been out for a month and the stock is down. There has been zero marketing and no one has ever heard of the NP-1. People going to Staple already have in mind what they are going to buy they don't walk around randomly looking for things. What more Amazon is selling a number of other 4K players at half the cost of the NP-1. Still waiting to see a real review of the NP-1 from CNET but we all know that's not going to happen because it would be canned so NTEK would never send them one.

Great find! I would have never thought Staples. Who knows how many other stores we aren't even thinking of that just may carry the NP-1 and NP-C. Loving the strides made by NTEK.

It's a joke. A form 15 penny stock that doesn't have to report financials. Promised audited reports that have been going on for years are nowhere near. It was reported here that they hired an accounting firm to do their audit and they were working on it now we learn that they won't start until the end of the year so sometime next year at the earliest. But we all know that they will never come. Just like their partner HHSE another penny stock scam with numerous shells and still selling for 1 cent after many years in business. They do have their yearly SHM and they too have been promising audited financials for years but never happens. The Np-1 was supposed to bring this stock up several hundred percent but after a month now it did nothing and in fact the stock is down. People here report millions in profits and thousands of sales but since this is a non-reporting stock there's no way to prove it but whatever NTEK says it's gospel to many here. There are quite a few players out there with the same capability of the np-1 and many more on the way. Ironically they're much cheaper as well. People here want to believe a pipe dream that this will be the next Netflix. Too bad the original CEO and current leader is an admitted felon but that's all right his brother is CEO now after they bought his Ice Sculpting business but that doesn't faze anyone here. It all seems on the up and up to them for a penny stock. So laughable. Just go back in time pick any number of months back you want 2, 5, 8, 13, you will see the same posts how wonderful this stock is and how soon they will be the world leader in 4K technology. Never happened and never will happen. The only money they make is by selling shares and with that in mind there are tens of millions of shares coming off of restriction shortly so they will pump as much as they can so they can sell them. Already twice this week there has been paid PRs from scam companies promoting NTEK. Be careful and watch from the side and see this ultimately crash and burn.
Looks like ntek is beginning to spread to different stores, just as expected and opposite to what some might say on this board. Next stop best buy and Wal-Mart! Just a matter of time, and nobody wants to be in chasing after that announcement.
