Well full disclosure, I was planning on selling at a nickel. That's not going to happen now. Once in awhile you find one with real potential, ran by a competent CEO with a product that is in demand. I really believe .10 is going to happen soon IMHOP. Probably higher.

Indeed, Been talking to old college buddies in OR and CO. They buy heavily in the MJ sector. They were telling me about INCC when it was around .0020. I spent a lot of time digging into it while the pps shot up. I'm happy with my average in the 4's though.

305,000,000 divided by 887,505,203 (float) = .34 PPS

Davyd Field is the founding owner, and CEO of Vortex Water Pipes. He was in the process of joining PRPM/Luxuriant Holdings company months back. However, the CEO of PRPM was dragging his feet, and didn't make things happen.
Davyd designed their (PRPM's) website, and didn't get paid for his services. This is when Davyd then parted ways with PRPM. This is actually how I found out about INCC through Davyd directly. Let me put it like this, I was talking with Davyd on Facebook and he told me that he wanted to meet the INCC CEO in person before making a deal.
Davyd is a real standup guy and now that he has met the CEO in person with INCC, and is now the head of Investor Relations, and a potential merger this is going to be huge.
INCC is now my "long" term play a (load, and hold) if you will. I see this stock going to silverland by EOY, which is very possible maybe even sooner!

Another way to do the valuation is to use the total net profits (earnings), then divide the number by total OS to get at EPS. Multiply the EPS by the average PE ratio in the industry to arrive at the estimated PPS. Just my opinion.
