Well I just checked Google Translate in case Agave had some simple meaning in Spanish. It doesn't so it looks like BGL is deliberately trying to mislead shareholders.
I'm sure the company would like to know about this. In other countries, such a close company name to na existing one would not be allowed precisely as it would be misleading.
That would be like me registering a burger bar and calling it MacD's!
