This latest face-saver PR gives the charlatans another six weeks dangle a carrot and sell more shares, and then lament that regulatory problems inhibit whatever it was they "intended" to do. They know volume is drying up. Not to mention that their vaguely worded CDN merger/acquisition has nothing to do with SKTO although their fraudulent intent has been to make it seem so.
