On a Judge Judy segment we met an African-American

On a Judge Judy segment we met an African-American male who is in his 3rd year of taxpayer supported college at $22,000 per year. He is learning to play the guitar and become a musician.
The case was brought to court by his ex-girlfriend who said he never paid his share of the rent. Mr. Parasite received over $400 a month for housing assistance but spent it "on myself" and failed to use his housing stipend for the designated purpose.
I also read about 3 "somethings" who all have jobs but get an average of $200 in food stamps. They rent an apartment together and are living well above the average person. They pool their food stamps to buy gourmet and organic food items including lobster, shrimp, crab and steaks.
We have transformed ourselves into a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
