"Bandera is continuing to litigate the case and pursue its legal remedies, and it is confident that the appropriate Mexican courts will ultimately ratify and uphold what was decided in the First Instance Ruling."
So it takes YEARS TO PURSUE LEGAL REMEDIES?! It's all over Minera San Agave SA de CV now has the concession titles and they know there is nothing they can do now!
Still waiting on the response from BGL (emailed and called) with no response!
