Try any person with internet access.   No wonder PaperProphet gets killed on every stock he goes long.  He puts his full name, phone number, and address on the internet, then public documents show his house got foreclosed on, and magically everybody who reads that on the internet must be an insider with access to his emails because how else would anybody know he's living on a park bench now.
