Impossible to really know.
PIPE + convert = need time to clear through dilution as it becomes unrestricted. Makes a long position tough. I have chosen to wait until the business can be self-funded and not rely on poor cash raising sources.
CEO should consider a reverse stock split 40-1 in order to make company more marketable to professional investors and to get an uplisting to a senior exchange.
