Waikikian is making fun of Techisbest for that?? Mr. Bordynuik was the one who handed Techisbest a jar of fuel which Mr. Bordynuik represented (explicity and through omission) came from the processor at a cost of under $10/bbl. The fuel in the jar did run Techisbest's lawn mower.
With his actions, Mr. Bordynuik communicated to investors that there was evidence that the catalyst could produce workable fuel for under $10/bbl ($0.25/gallon). Techisbest didn't have any reason to doubt Mr. Bordynuik nor to believe that Mr. Bordynuik was using him to swindle investors.
