Sure there is. I pointed out from the onset that the sorted plastics needed and by JBI and allowed by the NYDEC weren't "waste" and that the market price for those plastics would preclude any potential profit even if pure diesel was made. Links and all. It showed from the beginning that Mr. Bordynuik's $10/bbl cost and WTI-$3/bbl price claims were fake. There was no reason why any rational investor should have ignored me and lost their money.
I pointed out before the SEC charged Mr. Bordynuik with fraud that the media credits were booked at a fake number and that investors shouldn't blindly trust him.
I pointed out that people should ask JBI what obstacles still stand in the way of full profitable production--a question, if actually asked, would have been enlightening. A shareholder could still ask that question today if they wanted to substitute DD for their current blind faith.
I pointed out from the very beginning that investors would start to see a continuous stream of delays and excuses. To this day, five and a half years after Mr. Bordynuik's second shell, there's still no end to the delays.
The biggest thing: If anyone had listened to me, they would have saved themselves up to a 98% loss...which is equivalent to investing in a 50-bagger, not including the extra money which many investors lost by averaging down. Since my advice would have resulted in investors having up to 50X their money (a 5,000% increase), my posting had and still has a lot of value...for those who listened.
