More head games and manipulation for weak hands of wannabe retail investors. It has nothing to do with the close of .03. Intraday trades held back to paint the after hours tape red. Hedgefund shorties don't want TECO to survive and they want longs sellings and they want the PPS much lower. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
