DKGR, MIKP, and SBRH all have the same legal counsel, Vic Devlaeminck. Peter Matousek the CEO of DKGR is the Chief Executive Advisor for the Nuemark Group, the IR firm for MIKP and now SBRH.
Question: are we looking at a Mega Merger between these three companies?
