Having said that I think it will be difficult to get Ihub sued for "condoning" libel on their site. I've read all their rules in the hope to find something I could use in my plea against faggy and they are well covered on all sides, although I have no experience in the legal system.

When that smear campaign started against Matt I kept all the most blatant posts and I forwarded them to Matt together with examples I found on the net of libel cases won to spur him on to take action. He was most grateful and we had some emails back and forth but when I asked too specific questions about the business he didn't respond anymore and after a while I stopped making copies of heinous and egregious messages against his persona.
