-August 2012 New Management takes over
-11/8/12 Initial Company Information & Disclosure released
-11/12/12 Attorney Letter released
-11/13/12 VIZS, no longer is classified as OTC Pink No Information, now listed as OTC Pink Limited tier.
-11/13/12 The company changes their website on OTC from vizstar.com to www.kimberlyparry.com. Also changes address to the same as Kimberly Parry.
- Float is only 30 million
