VNDM on low ask 3.08 cents
VNDM, the most prolific manipulator of Treaty stock, is on ask early this morning. They usually only show up when there is some heavy upside momentum that is just eating through the ask walls of the other MM's.
This tells me that they are either trying to squeeze every last share out of weak hands, or they are setting up for one last bid bombing today ahead of earnings. One thing by the way that I like, and this is true of all stocks, is to watch for opportunities to fade the tape going into earnings. That means that when AAPL is rallying into earnings, watch and see if it coincides with some resistance levels so that I can position myself short.
The reasoning is that the best case or the worst case going into extremes of the trading range are usually baked into the cake. I say usually because this isn't always true, but the market is forward looking and will price in good news or bad news ahead of catalysts for some good moves.
If for instance the worst case is already factored in, then the bar is set low and it won't take much to impress the market but it will take a lot to disappoint them.
