With that said, I can tell you what I think. I think Sterling Scott was not an educated CEO and got in over his head. I think some folks made him believe things that we're not true and he in essence got suckered. I do not doubt that he could run a small business, but, the difference in that and a public traded company are huge.
I firmly think that replacing him was the best thing for the company and now that the re-structure is moving forward , and things are changing, maybe PHOT II will have a chance to survive. They still have a way's to go though. Kristi listed the 8k which shows the transparency which now is absolutely fundamental to shareholders currently holding shares and any future ones. They hurt a lot of people in more than a financial way and have lost trust.
So far, I think Mark is doing a great job with what he has to work with and through. It will just take time.
Do I think anyone did anything illegal on purpose....I don't know, but, I don't think so, I do think it was ignorance, which is no excuse.
