I hate to be the bearer of bad news. I've been a little more optimistic that most. And I am still bullish for 4-5 years down the road as I believe in the products and sector support for them ---but it's high risk. As success will be in spite of Russ, not because of him.
IMHO this is his pattern. And IMO, we'd better start noticing it: He releases a fluff PR that pretends to change the course of the company. When all the saps say 'goo-goo-gaa-gaa Ima buying' he opens the flood gates of dilution. Thus making money off the PR, and screwing the vulnerable. Some people still think he lowered the O/S that way...go figure...I still can't figure that one out. This was the reason he had that fluff PR about switching his common stock to restricted stock, and announcing it when it would hardly be examined in the Friday pm graveyard plot, after closing bell. Boy, did the flood gates ever open the next few days.
Check out all the fluff pr's and then the horrendous flood gate of dilution or selling that then goes on immediately afterwards driving down the price down to new lows. BE WARY OF ANY NEW FLUFF PR'S. Don't bite, unless, IMO, you can get some .0001's.
Personally, I've averaged down to just under .0004, and could kick myself for falling for that Bearish "spur" that I thought portended a rebound in prices as I liked the "What". That technical was SCREAMING "Don't Do It!" Yes, and yet, I entered at .0044 and then again at .0045. Kick myself now.
My humble advice: IMO, if you can get a .0001, that's still is prob. a very good buy. Hold fast, I think you'll prob, get it. I have.
Last, I used to think PMBS pps would rebound after time and maybe be up to maybe .001 or just lower, prior to R/S. BUT the business-challenged Russ is, dam, so doggedly intent on flooding and destroying any hope of rebound before r/s in every way he can ---and its in his best interest to get the pps UP BEFORE the r/s. This guy is just trashing everything with his dilution ---right before he needs the increase in pps the most. Go figure! I cannot!
Makes absolutely no sense, to see a company run like this. He is literally killing his future chances right here. He should wait and let the pps recover, do the r/s then he would not have to dilute as much post r/s, as each share dilution would be worth far more money...I think we will be lucky, now, to see .0006 or 7, more like, lucky to see .0004-5, if that, after what he has done, pre r/s.
PS. He's even announced in the filings that he plans to dilute like hell to fund the relaunch. I used to think these were good signs. I agree strongly that relaunch has to be funded adequately, and there's no other way for a company that has no money, but I just don't think this guy knows how to do it, or what he's doing...GLTA of us
Sad, but still holding strong.
