What has taken place here is truly amazing and monumental. I know there are eyes on this deal as we speak and what they want to see is q3 and the company to record a profit. Certain guys are very disciplined in their approach and they actually need to see it show up in a q rather than here it second hand in the market place.
Btw Guts I believe we bought main Ave and all the revenues are ours and all recognized. Do you recall what we paid for Main Ave in Feb? Well when we hit 5m in 90 days we will be at a run rate of 60k. So I will fast forward to 3 months out. 5m x 50% 2.5m x .70% is 1.75m net income less 400k ( being ultra conservative 160k) Thats 1.35 net income x 12 is 16.2m net income divided by 140 o/s ( currently 1333 o/s) thats .1157 cents a share 2015. OK SO LETS TAKE A 50% HAIRCUT ON THE .1157 THATS .0575 CENTS EPS X 15X IS .8625 CENTS AT 10X .575 AT 5X .2875.
IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THERE ARE GUYS TALKING THE STOCK IN INCESSANTLY AND TRYING TO BREAK IT TO .05. WELL THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AS THERE APPEARS TO BE STRONG DEMAND .09 TO .10 AREA AND PEOPLE HAVE RECOGNIZED A PATTERN HERE THE LAST YEAR THAT IT SEEMS TO HAVE GREAT STRENGTH IN THAT RANGE. IT MAY BE SOME TRADERS RELOADING AT .09 BUT I BELIEVE ITS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF INVESTOR GETTING INVOLVED HERE.
Bottom line no need to change directions at all. The reality is we wrote 39 notes and had to deal with 11m shares of fts from Ironridge. There are some on the street that saw what took place with all the notes and have stayed away. The reality is we needed to write those notes which was a necessary eveil. It has been a painful process to endure all the notes the last 12 months but the good news is we have made it through the gauntlet. Now it may be possible that some .05 cent stock is being sold that could be a possibility. But look at the last couple days there have been many bidders .09 to .096 lined up to take them. I also believe there have been people on this board that may have sold as they seem worn out. I am fairly certain 3 guys have sold and now are attempting to talk it in to get cheap stock.
I believe the street wants to see both q3 as well as q4 before they make a genuine commitment. Big guys move slowly as they don't need to do emotional moves like most they pick and choose. However, I believe there is indeed genuine interest with eyes on SCRC but certain people want more evidence that we are profitable and that we can sustain this rapid growth. I believe over time this will prove to be a terrific area to accumulate for a trade/long term whatever suits your style. I believe most here are longer term and want the dream and it gets better every day as a company. The stock will move when it DESERVES TO MOVE.
