Yes. What are shares for but to build a company. Maybe folks don't think that way about pinky stocks and they are quite right on many occassions. But, Tom is building a company using whatever assets he can to do it right. A very long time ago, he said he didn't believe in dilution; but, after being at the helm for a short time, he realized he needed to in order to gain market exposure and develop shareholder value.
In my opinion, he put entirely too much pressure on himself in the process and allowed outside pressures to affect his decionmaking. Having said that, I believe he is back on track and HE wants the 10k and subsequent up-listing more than anyone. The 10k will release him to bring everything together. And, he has a lot of fuel for the fire. The 10k is the match that lights the fire.
