''no one shall be deprived of life liberty or property without due process" constitutional mandate- so under pressure from congress dtc drafted a policy paper for due process last sept and final? version nov 2013
dont see anything new on that on the dtc site -does anybody else?
1 Oppenheimer broker in Boca Raton Florida supposedly sold maybe $8400 of restricted stock june 2009 before its time- which is the brokers fault unless CWRN issued restricted stock and a legal opinion letter saying it was now ready for prime time-
but CWRN reportedly not only did not issue any such opinion letter but reportedly did not even issue any restricted except to family members in hard cert form-which were not circulated,so its a mystery where any such stock could've even come from- only possible issue that could be restricted prior to jun 2009 was a small issue ca 12-28-08- and nothing on the form for such indicates it was restricted and if it was the form should say so-and stockpromoters.com confirms not 1 promoter was paid w restricted stock
so 1 theory is that the previous owner of the legal structure now inhabited by CWRN- Casino Airlinks Inc, based in the very place -Boca Raton- where the error occurred-was somehow responsible -
or maybe the whole thing was fabricated -I've seen such fabrications in the legal system-which unlike dtc at least gives lip service to due process
but CWRN never had any due process and didnt even know about the matter until after the dtc handed down judgment -which would be unheard of in the legal system-and also unheard of to make innocent 3rd party purchasers -longs -pay for somebody elses mistake -so the entire matter seems to be an unconstitutional twilight zone

re the person whose post i deleted i've warned u dozens of times to stop playing these sophisticated basher type games impugning my character -inviting sympathy for your position -sowing division and confusion and the continual bottom line that the sky will never open up-
when i clearly and exhaustively repeatedly specify specific things to avoid-and you purposefully do them
over and over what is anyone to think? except that u are a basher trying to cause trouble -nobody has time for games like that
