Kenstick, I think the reason I didn't get really

Kenstick,
I think the reason I didn't get really pumped up about it is because I like to keep my enthusiasm to a minimun. I deal with almost every company in Louisiana as far as Oilfield goes. I was a part of SLB and our customer base was huge. I have since moved on to a start up company so the base isn't as big but to be honest I have never heard of TNC. I'm not saying that I know everything because I don't but the Oilfield in LA is a small world. Usually if someone is penetrating the earth in LA we know about it even if they aren't using my equipment. Mid-State, Gulfport, Hilcorp, Basic, and Energy Partners, and the list goes on and on. I will make some calls today to see if anyone has dealt with them before. I have a friend that opened an FMC in Shreveport and in a workover operation they would need flowback equipment.
Other than that though I was pretty pumped when I first heard about the deal because the wells require no more capital from us. I think we should've taken that approach with many wells. Give them a percentage of the well so we wouldn't have to pay with shares, and we may have worked on more than 5 wells this year.
