I keep reminding everyone of the very well known PCOAB Accountant that caters to oil companies that was hired here.
We all know that page one of the basher's handbook is to make a billion phone calls to aggravate the shit out of people while they try to work. It won't surprise me one bit to learn that this was related to advice given by the CPA or the company attorney.
