When and where did he make this alleged statement? The only reference to offices is in the PR dated Oct 24th, which was only a couple weeks ago stating :

"With a total of 20,000 units arriving for the holiday season, we are expecting to open additional offices in California, Washington and Colorado," Allinder said."

Hmmmm, do you honestly expect that a Q3 filing submitted only two weeks after this statement about the future was made in a PR, the costs for the new offices would be included in the filing?! It had not happened yet. Be patient. The CEO told us Oct 24th that the company is expecting to open additional offices in California, not that they have already opened. So why then would there be any change in note 6 in the filing?! Hmmmmm... your thoughts?
