Most if not all companies use that kind of disclaimer in all their statements to avoid frivolous lawsuits against unscrupulous people who would claim to a court that they took every single word that was said about expected future events as certainty and invested on the 100% guarantee they thought those statements were, when really the notices to shareholders are just to pro-actively inform investors what can be expected for the future but none of it is certain.
Indeed, the share structure is available for anyone to see and the increase in the O/S over the last 12 months served the company and shareholders quite well considering now there are zero liabilities, $1.5M in product shipping soon, $300k+ net assets and new products in the pipeline, multiple retail and wholesale distributors, GotVape, major celbrity exposure via Cheryl Shuman etc etc, shall I go on or would you feel better about continuing your DD and realizing both sides of the story, the positives and the negatives together? The $24K in revenues was from selling the 2,000 initial test units into a test market along with big costs to start up the supply chain and business arrangements on a national scale. I do not know any real RFMK investor who is judging them this early in the process by the revenues to date. I would suggest waiting until about Q2 of next year to see how the performance was in selling the upcoming 20,000 units. What you post are the facts, yes, but lets keep it fair and balanced and not only focus on the negatives, shall we?
