They suspended SKTO because of the millions claimed in revenues in press releases, only to write off every penny of them.
They suspended SKTO because of the PRs about a merger, about dividends, about Larry King...all of which never came to be.
They suspended SKTO because of all the "financials" that didn't line up with each other, among the same time period.
They suspended SKTO because of iEquity, and all of the claims of their having control of SKTO, even though the shares were never exchanged.
They suspended SKTO because of the connections to Robert Hipple.
The promotions were the last straw. The first round made the insiders rich. That was in March 2013. The last round of 600K of touts sealed their fate.
Those are among the reasons I believe SKTO was suspended. The summary the SEC gave at the time of the suspension was intentionally broad-ranging. They'll have it narrowed to the individuals WHEN, not if, the criminal phase of things begins.
