tdbowie reminded the Iflub board of the letter bel

tdbowie reminded the Iflub board of the letter below titled "Looking at Treaty Through Year's End" submitted by Lee Schlesinger.  What the title should be is "Looking at Treaty Through My Rear End"!  Does this letter upset anyone else or is it just me?  In all fairness he has 6 weeks left to make it happen.
